Bag filter dust collector (BDC Series)

เครื่องเก็บฝุ่นถุงกรองผ้า เป็นเครื่องเก็บฝุ่นประเภทหนึ่งที่แพร่หลายและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก โดยอาศัยถุงกรองที่ทำด้วยผ้า (Woven Fabric) หรือผ้าสักหลาด (Felted Fabric) ทำหน้าที่ดักฝุ่นไว้ในผิวของถุงกรองและปล่อยกระแสก๊าซสะอาดไหลผ่านออกไป กลไกหลักที่ใช้ดักฝุ่นคือ การสกัดกั้น และการกระทบ ซึ่งชั้นฝุ่นที่สะสมบนผิวถุงกรอง (Dust Cake) จะช่วยให้เครื่องสามารถกรองฝุ่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น แต่เมื่อชั้นฝุ่นสะสมตัวหนาขึ้น ก็จะตกลงไปในกรวยรับฝุ่น (Hopper) ด้วยน้ำหนักของฝุ่นเอง เครื่องเก็บฝุ่นถุงผ้ากรอง ถูกนำไปใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ เช่น เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้-พลาสติก ชิ้นส่วนไฟเบอร์กลาส งานเจียรผิวโลหะต่างๆ เป็นต้น ราคาประหยัด และไม่มีระบบทำความสะอาดถุงกรอง จึงไม่สิ้นเปลืองพลังงานไฟฟ้าจากระบบลมอัด
