CHB SERIES Filter Information
1st DEMISTER
- Panel type Prefilter filters sparks and coarse particles that flow into the fume gas during welding
- The filter media is made of stainless steel or steel and is economical as it can be reused after washing.
2nd H.E.P.A
- Media type Main Filter uses high-purity FELT filter media on the surface and with 0.3um particle diameter (HOT DOPTEST), it perfectly captures over 99.74% of harmful fine particles. The thick filtration layer and the high tensile strength of media can prevent deterioration of dust collecting performance due to breakage.(Issued test report from FITI Testing Institute)
3rd ACF (Option)
- Odor removal function
- Activated carbon fiber filter is an active material composed of polycrystalline polymer compounds, and it has high adsorption rate, high strength, and is not easily weathered; hence, it does not create secondary pollution and is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant with long service life.
Features
ARM
- By adopting flexible arm which can move and fasten freely, it is directly inhaled and removed from the source of fume to protect worker’s health and improve work efficiency.
Strong suction power
- It is equipped with a Turbo Blower.
- It has high safety by adopting overload protection circuit to prevent motor burnout.
Quiet operation
- The noise is minimized by uniformly inducing and distributing the airflow of the blower toward the grid-shaped outlet.
Mobility
- Large wheels and moving handle are attached for easy movement.
OPTION
- Two arms can be attached and Stand type are available depending on working conditions.
- Deodorization function can be selected by activated carbon fiber filter (ACF filter)
Secondary pollution prevention
- It prevents dust scattering on the floor of the workplace by directing the direction of the outlet upwards, thus there is no secondary pollution.
